Todd Severson is a proven, creative leader who develops strategic solutions that drive results. In his new role as managing partner at Symmetry Companies, Todd is focused on the acquisition of new land development projects, as well as oversight of assets under management.

Todd has a diverse background in design, finance, and development focused on the creation of exceptional experiences and places.  His career as an industry leader in the resort world combines a passion for design with technical knowledge of real estate. Most recently, Todd served as the Director of Acquisitions, Entitlements, and Infrastructure at Discovery Land Company.  There, Todd led the launch of two international resort communities in the Caribbean: Barbuda Ocean Club and Playa Grande Golf and Ocean Club.

Along with his professional contributions, Todd values building lasting relationships and mentoring the next generation of industry professionals. To that end, he has served on several AzTAP councils, participated in numerous UrbanPlan events, and a leader within the Young Leaders Partnership Forum, all for the Urban Land Institute of Arizona.

Born and raised in the Mid-West, Todd understands the importance of spending quality time with his wife and two children, creating memorable moments while traveling and exploring the outdoors.
