Peter Burger is the president and founder of Symmetry Companies, a Scottsdale-based master-planned community developer specializing in luxury residential neighborhoods featuring elite private golf clubs. Its portfolio includes two of Arizona’s most sought-after private golf communities – Pine Canyon, a luxurious alpine retreat in Flagstaff and Talking Rock Ranch, a rustic, high-desert escape in Prescott.

An award-winning real estate veteran with a career spanning more than 20 years, he currently leads the company’s growth in the luxury residential market, overseeing operations, acquisitions and development. Burger joined The True Life Companies, Symmetry’s parent company, in 2014 as director of the resort division. Since then, he has played a key role in founding the launch of Symmetry Companies, Symmetry Homes, Symmetry Realty Brokerage Services and Symmetry Hospitality.

A forward-thinking leader, he is committed to elevating the standard of living at luxury destinations and communities domestically and abroad. His extensive background in mixed-use development, residential, commercial, resort and hospitality projects has shaped his reputation for excellence and innovation. He brings fluency in land acquisition, construction management, municipal entitlements, bidding and planning, alongside a dedication to creating exquisite, livable luxury retreats.

Among his notable achievements is the development of exclusive luxury communities in Scottsdale, Ariz., including The Rocks, Privada, and Canyon Villas at Silverleaf, as well as Castello di Casole Resort and Residences in Tuscany, Italy.

An Arizona native, Peter spent his childhood summers in Happy Jack and Flagstaff, cultivating a deep appreciation for the region’s landscapes. Today, he and his family continue to immerse themselves in Arizona’s natural beauty. This mission pulses through Symmetry Companies, as he aims to connect the essence of nature with the human spirit, preserving the places they love while providing refuge and inspiration.
