Peter is an award-winning luxury real estate industry veteran who has developed a robust portfolio of impressive accomplishments at premium properties over the course of his 20-year career. As the President and Founder of Symmetry Companies, he is responsible for managing the company’s growth in the luxury residential market as well as overseeing operations, acquisitions, and development.

Peter joined The True Life Companies, Symmetry’s parent company, in 2014 as director of the Resort Division. He made an immediate impact by using his industry and market knowledge to strategically reposition and ultimately relaunch a pair of communities that had stalled during the recession. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing the resort division, introducing new programs and services specifically for our communities, and helping guide the launch of Symmetry Companies, Symmetry Homes, Symmetry Realty Brokerage Services, and Symmetry Hospitality.

A seasoned, forward-thinking leader, Peter has demonstrated a commitment throughout his career to inspiring a higher standard of living while managing growth at luxury destinations and communities both domestically and abroad. Along the way, he has mastered the intricacies of regional legalities, codes, zoning, regulations, and cultural differences.

His well-deserved reputation for excellence and innovation stems from a background that spans mixed-use development, residential, commercial, resort, and hospitality development. Peter is fluent in the complexities of land acquisition, construction management, municipal entitlements, bidding, and planning. And, he has honed his appreciation for and dedication to developing stunning, livable, luxurious personal retreats over the years as both the founder of his own development company and as a leader of others.

Peter’s notable accomplishments include the development of a series of exclusive luxury communities in Scottsdale, Ariz., including The Rocks, Privada, and Canyon Villas at Silverleaf, as well as the development, management, and oversight of Castello di Casole Resort and Residences in the Tuscany region of Italy. During his tenure, the five-star, all-suite boutique resort was named by Travel & Leisure as Europe’s top resort.

Peter, a native to Arizona often spent his childhood summers in Happy Jack and Flagstaff supporting and indulging in all of Arizona’s sceneries. Years later, Peter and his family share the same experiences immersing in the beauty that surrounds Arizona, pioneering the way to appropriately preserve and share these places he loves. Symmetry Companies pulsates with this mission, connecting the beauty and essence of natural landscapes and further supporting our goal of inspiring and providing a refuge for the human spirit.
